Hardy Gloxinia produces a spectacular display of 3” long, trumpet-shaped, rosy-pink to magenta flowers with a contrasting yellow throat from late spring to early summer. You won't believe these exotic-looking plants are hardy to zone 5. The blossoms stand a few inches above the low-growing clump of deeply divided, fern-like green leaves. It's resistant to deer and rabbits, attracts bees and butterflies and will bloom for many weeks if regularly deadheaded.
