Black Parrot is one of the oldest and most beloved tulips - and also one of the darkest available. The heavily frilled and scalloped blooms are dark purple on the outside and have blackish-purple interiors. Some are accented with green streaks or twiests in the center of each petal. Spectacular in beds and borders or in a vase in the house. Height: 1.5-2ft, Light: Full Sun to Part Shade
